Grandparent’s Day
We were delighted to welcome so many grandparents to our school on Tuesday 28th April for our special Grandparents’ Day celebration.
The morning began with a Mass, where grandparents joined pupils and staff in a shared time of reflection. Afterwards, everyone returned to the school for tea and our bake sale. It was lovely to see children and their grandparents sitting together, chatting and enjoying each other’s company.
A big thank you to everyone for your support, especially those who contributed to the bake sale.
The money raised will go to our Student Council, who will work together to decide how best to spend it for the benefit of the children in our school.
We really appreciate thesupport and look forward to many more occasions together.
Tractor Run
Tractor Run Success- A Great Community Day
Our Tractor Run took place on Sunday, 19th April, and what a brilliant day it was! The sun shone, adding to the lovely atmosphere as tractors and vintage cars arrived from across the counties.
The bake sale was a huge hit, and there was great excitement around the raffle with lots of fantastic prizes. Well done to the Hynes family, who won the main prize!

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success , our families, helpers, stewards, raffle ticket sellers, children, and the Shamrock Vintage Club. The sunshine helped, but it was really the community spirit that made the day so special.

Green Day
We had our annual Green Day. The children wore green to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. We even had pizza to say well done to the children for being so good when we had our recent visit from the district inspector. We were really proud of your answers, and you represented our school so well, we thought that pizza was the least that you deserve! We also had a longer playtime!
